Tips for Selling your Home:

If you are thinking of selling you're home, spring is right around the corner.  Here are some hints to make a favorable impression with buyers:

Make sure the lawn is trimmed and cut.

Touch up any peeling paint and pay close attention to the front door.

Replace worn carpets. Have rest cleaned professionally.

Repair any cracks or holes in walls.

Kitchen is important: remove clutter from the countertops, clean cabinets and organize. Replace flooring if worn.

Spruce up older bathrooms with new shower curtains & towels.

Clean up basement, garage, and closets and keep them clutter free.

Clean windows

Make sure all the rooms are well lit and all  lights are working.
